Information we process
We process your email address for authentication; uploaded manuscript files; extracted text; report findings; author decisions and notes; and limited technical logs such as request time, error class, and workflow duration.
Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate you, create and display your report, provide downloads, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and delete expired data. We do not sell manuscript content or use it to train generative models.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the application and durable workflow. Supabase provides authentication, database, and private file storage. Crossref receives DOI lookups and our service contact address; it does not receive your full manuscript.
Analytics
Optional analytics record only consented product lifecycle events. Filenames, manuscript text, citations, DOI values, report content, and email addresses are excluded.
Your choices
You may download or delete a report, delete your account, or contact hello@manuscriptmeter.com about access or deletion.
